Soviet pioneer camp in the picturesque forest park turns into a residential area.
This project is about context and environment, by saying this we mean:
- saving the maximum amount of existing trees, including fruits ones
- new houses are not higher than the existing trees
- facades' materials: wood and dark steel sheets.
Existing water source in the middle of the site creates a small lake.
Public spaces are oriented toward the lake.
The movement of vehicles in the residential area is limited.
