We've invited MAXWAN bureau to work on this project and to share with us new european experience.
The project is based on a historical block-like structure in Poltava also providing a qualitative "soft" zoning was a priority.
The axis of composition and communication is a green pedestrian alley, which connects two large urban recreational areas adjacent to the site. There are also services on this alley in the ground floors of residential buildings.
