New public square is the main object of the concept.

- we've moved cars underground and doubled the space of the parking,
- designed the "garden", the "pond" and the "skate park",
- Bastion's roof, square and its courtyard are connected by ramps,
- the pavilion above the fortress's ruins was changed into accessible and transit space,
- we've got rid of staircases near Bastion's entrances thanks to the flexible relief of the new square,
- we've placed a restaurant (public friendly function) on the ground floor

Natural local stone was used for the square and for facades of the hotel.
