There is the former Lutheran school on the site amoung existing building and it has historical value. Also there is the soviet institution building, that is going to be demolished.

Old Kirche is nearby. The building of Lutheran school will be kept. But soviet building with low value will be demolished.

Most of attention is paid to the fitting of the building's program (given by the client) into the historical context.
