Purpose of the competition: rearrangement of the public library in Woburn into a high tech public knowledge centre.

Idea: to create comfortable conditions not only for reading but for long-term leisure, based on the careful attitude to the old building and city park. An artificial landscape, on downhills of which main events of the new center will take place is formed in a simple even primitive way.
